Refund policy
Thank you for choosing DYNAMIS. We're commited to delivering premium activewear that keeps you moving. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility - we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free from deodorant marks, makeup, sweat, or perfume
- With all tags attached
- Returned with proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Underwear, sports bras, and leggings with a gusset (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened and unused)
- Gift cards
2. Exchanges
You can exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item isn't available, we can offer:
- A refund, or
- Store credit
3. Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free
4. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
This will be at no extra cost to you.
5. How to return
- Email our team at dynamisactive@gmail.com with your order number
- We will send return instructions
- Pack your item securely and drop it at your nearest delivery point
- Keep your tracking number until your return is confirmed. We can not process returns or refunds that do not reach us without proof of postage or tracking.
6. Store Credit
If you choose store credit, you will receive a digital code that never expires.
7. International Returns
For orders outside the UK, return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
8. Returns for Bundles / Sets
If you purchased a bundle or set, all items must be returned together in their original condition. Individual pieces from a discounted set may not qualify for partial refunds unless faulty.
9. Returns Abuse
To protect our customers and maintain fair pricing, we reserve the right to refuse items that show:
- Excessive wear
- Damage not caused by manufacturing
- Multiple repeated returns indicating potential misuse
10. Sustainability and Hygiene Standards
Due to the nature of gym wear - close-fitting, sweat-wicking, and performance-based - strick hygiene rules apply. Any items showing signs of heavy wear, sweat, stands, or odour cannot be refunded.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed.
